Hi, I’m Natasha I’m a website developer, church goer, obsessive cheese eater, and lover of The Office(US obviously). I’m here to document my journey to better myself. Hopefully it can help you too.

I know what it’s like to feel consistently overwhelmed by the demands of life. I’ve always been someone who feels uncomfortable saying no in case it upsets the other person.

In between the busy day to day running of life. Whether you’re a stay at home mum or you’re juggling college and work or just one of the two, prioritizing your mental health is way more important and very easily forgotten. Writing my thought processes down helped keep me in check with who I am… and yeah we might get a little religious with it.

My mission is to share what I’ve learned so that you can use them as tools to help you work out what works for you. If it doesn’t help then… You’ll get there, don’t give up! We all have stuff to do, but lets take a minute to stop and focus on who we really are for a second and how we respond to the world around us.
