1. Be Still
Start your day peacefully. Make time for yourself in the morning so that you’re not rushing around to start the day. Go to bed earlier if you struggle to find the time you need.
Repeat it. A positive statement over and over to set the tone for your day, week or month.
3. Vision Boards
Vision boards are goals, inspirations and dreams. Throw it all onto a board. You can do this on your computer and set it as a background. I prefer to create real physical copies and hang them above my work desk.
4. Working Out
Make time for exercise now or make time for illness in later life. Just go for it.
Inspirational stories are stepping stones for who you want to become. Mirroring those in your stories also helps you to become who you’ve always dreamed of being. Always be yourself but use the life experiences and skills that others have in the books you read to accomplish that.
I know, tedious. Everyone seems to be banging on about journaling. But the habit helps you to keep on track of what you want, who you are, what you hate and what/who you love. It helps you to appreciate all that you have before it gets lost in the bustle of every day life.
