Hello my little sunflowers. I’m going to keep it short and sweet.
Here are some things to get your 2019 started off on the right foot!
❀❀ GET DISCIPLINED ❀❀
Give yourself deadlines, set boundaries and more importantly STICK TO THEM.
The easiest way to do this is plan plan plan.
Do this with your career, studies and your workouts. If you’re really into it you can even get more disciplined with food.
❀❀ TRAVEL ❀❀
I’m sure we all have places we would like to go and talk openly about how “one day you’d like to go”. Go do it. As often as you possibly can.
Even if it’s not abroad or across the country, get out and go some place new.
❀❀ WEAKNESS FOR STRENGTH ❀❀
Picking out your weaknesses can be painfully more obvious than your strengths. But that doesn’t mean you can’t turn those weaknesses into something powerful.
It could even become one of your strengths if you really wanted it to.
Figure out how to use those weaknesses to become a better version of yourself.
❀❀ MONEY GOAL ❀❀
Save more money this year! In fact if you’re reading this and it’s not 2019 yet get a head start and do it now! You’ll thank yourself later.
Set yourself a goal of how much money you will need to do something bit. If you’re a travel lover put it towards your travel goal.
It’s amazing what a whole year can bring if you save a little along the way.
❀❀ GET HEALTHIER ❀❀
Now I’m not saying you’re not already healthy but if there’s room for improvement, go for it.
This year is the time to get in the best shape you’ve ever been.
Let’s step it up and reach exercise and diet goals you never thought you’d be able to.
Watch your mindset and confidence improve with it.

This one is pretty self explanatory. Read non-fiction and fiction. Crime, lifestyle, career and biographies.
Open your mind to new cultures and get some perspective on something you didn’t have before.
❀❀ TURN OFF YOUR STUFF ❀❀
Technology detox is important for a healthy life. There’s nothing worse than being out with somebody you’ve wanted to see for a long time and all they want to do is sit on their phone. You start to think there was no point in you even turning up.
Step away from all that noise. Stop comparing yourself to people who are probably sugar coating their lives and their appearances and get real with it. Better yet, focus on your own little reality.
❀❀ BE CONFIDENT ❀❀
I know. You can’t just flick a switch and become confident.
But you can take concrete steps to help improve confidence over time. Whether you fake it ’til you make it or take it one baby step at the time. Get going with it or you’re going to be stuck here forever.
❀❀ PLAN MORE ❀❀
Planning is life changing. It’s a hard habit to get into if you’re not a natural overthinker or over-planner. However, the more you do it the more you will start to see things getting completed as and when they should.
Planning is easy. Sticking to it doesn’t come as easily. You could spend hours planning how you want to do something, what you’re going to do that day but if you don’t STICK TO IT it’s all pointless. Stick to it, girl.
❀❀ PUT YOURSELF FIRST ❀❀
You can’t spend the rest of your life chasing after other people. You can’t please everyone and not everyone is destined to like you or be your best friend no matter how much you wish them to be. So do what’s best for you. Focus on yourself this year and say no to things that you don’t want to do. If they don’t understand, screw them. Who needs that anyway?
